Job Role and basic functions:


o    Plan and carry out installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems for plants & equipment in a safe, efficient & cost effective manner.

o    Diagnose electrical faults and carry out repair work independently; able to identify parts from catalogue, safe handling of measuring tools; able to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams.

o    Perform installations, maintenance, modification and repair of electrical systems & devices in machinery and equipment.

o    Prepare Field Service & Commissioning Reports for onsite jobs and take acknowledgement from clients.

o    Liaise with customers to get their feedback for product performance & rendered services.

o    Carry out work in safe manner by using suitable PPE required for the jobs, abide by company’s policies and maintain ethical behavior at all times.

 

            Requirements


Minimum Education: Bachelor’s in electrical Engineering from a well-recognized university.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in field sales of electrical works.


Competencies:
Good Knowledge of the construction machinery including light, compact and heavy equipment, generators, pumps, compressors, etc. 

    o    Knowledge & skills in use /care of tools and equipment required to carry out electrical works.

    o    Ability to understand and work from blueprints, schematics and drawings for electric systems.

 o    Ability to communicate in English (oral or written), communication in Arabic is a plus.

 o    Team spirit, customer support  & solution focus

 o    Take Initiatives,  risk assessment &  manage things proactively

 o    Computer literacy  is required

 o    Applicants with valid UAE driving license would be preferred.

Job Role and basic functions:


Maintains direct, close contact with all customers and promotes CMC aftermarket products& services.

Delivers “Operation &Maintenance” training to customers’ operator/users for newly sold units/existing units.

Markets & effectively sells Customer Service Agreements.

Actively participate in arranging demos & monitors the activities during demo period.

Attains & shares accurate information on competitors, new business developments with line manager to develop effective strategies for service retention & to stay ahead of competition.

 

Requirements


Minimum Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical/ Automobile Engg. or equivalent certificate.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field.

Competencies:
Good knowledge of the construction machinery including light, compact and heavy equipment, generators, pumps, compressors, concrete solutions, etc.

·Ability to communicate in English (oral or written), communication in Arabic is a plus.

·Ability to operate construction equipment (valid UAE license for Heavy equipment/ Forklift is preferred).

·Applicants with valid UAE driving license would be preferred.

·Familiar with general HSE requirements in construction industry.
